Self-Trust 7 part series - Days 5-7
Jun 26, 2026Here are days 5 through 7 on the Self-Trust 7-day Series of posts.
Day 5 on Self-Trust
Well, my day yesterday was fairly productive and I completely forgot to write Day 5's self-trust email!
I remembered this morning! Ha Ha!
Sometimes that's just how it goes! I trust that all is well. I'm not beating myself up about it or being mean to myself or making myself wrong at all. Just in case you might be wondering.
What did come up about self-trust yesterday was how much I honor myself and my journey. I was talking with a woman I hadn't yet had a personal conversation.
I trusted what was enough to share at a personal level for our topic. I could have shared more yet felt the truth of my intuition about what was in both our highest goods. Right timing and all. I allowed for the space to open to more depth in when it's aligned. One step at a time.
Day 6 on Self-Trust
Powerful lessons in self-trust came up today around my intuition.
I carry a very strong relationship with my intuition and trust it daily for choices in how to use and express my energy.
Today in a conversation, what came up is trusting my language for what most excites me with clients.
I am the most soulfully satisfied when I am supporting leaders who are influential, who have people in their "tribe" who find value in their insights, knowledge and wisdom. AND...where the leader is creating community and everybody's voice matters.
We are in a time when trusting your own intuition, your own voice, your own knowing, what's right for YOU is paramount. It's significant moving forward. It matters today.
Self-trust is your greatest gift for self-empowerment and self-sovereignty. That's what counts now.
When you role model your own empowerment, it radiates in the space and creates options for others to do the same. Take a risk today. Role model self-trust and self-empowerment. Watch what happens.
How's it going? What's coming up for you with self-trust? Feel free to share.
Day 7 on Self-Trust - the last day
Thank you for being with me this week on the 7-day self-trust journey: paying attention to what you trust about yourself through my stories. It's a pleasure to share with you, my community.
The biggest thing that has been up in the last 24 hours is about choices - what to give my attention to, especially in the news and social media worlds.
As soon as I start watching or listening to somebody else's "truth", insight, life experience or data they are absolutely sure is the big picture, my role is to tune in TO ME. "Do I want to give my attention to this? My energy? Does it resonate? Does it help me? Do I feel better or not by paying attention to this?"
Last night I started watching a documentary that immediately created fear in me. After about 3 minutes, I stopped. I just knew staying with it was going to make sleep impossible.
To calm myself down from the fear, I listened to myself sing. "Your own voice is your own homeopathic healer" I heard many times when I was learning to express my singing with higher quality through classes more than 20 years ago.
I recorded a number of songs over a few years, live, in a studio with an excellent musician and producer. By the way, I LOVE hearing my singing voice through headphones in a studio. And now on my phone with earphones.
It took about 40 minutes to get back into my center, to trust myself to be able to sleep and to get back to me. I did some self-healing energy tools, too.
My point: Trust YOURSELF. Just because somebody recommends a third party's information, doesn't mean it's right for you. Even if it's somebody you trust, like and/or love. You are your own person, your sovereign being. Your soul's journey is yours.
Feel free to share anything that has come up for you this week!
